Returns & Exchanges PolicyMade-to-Order Apparel (Important)
Most items we sell are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or preference once an order is placed. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If you believe your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item, we’ll make it right—see “Defects & Order Issues” below.
Defects & Order Issues
If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery:
- Email: simplybold365@gmail.com
- Include: order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any defects/misprints, plus the packing slip if available.
Once approved, we will remake the item or issue store credit/refund at our discretion. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted.
What’s Not Returnable
- Made-to-order/custom apparel for reasons such as fit, color preference, or change of mind

Sale items and gift cards
- Items not in original condition due to customer handling
Tip: For best results, consult the size chart and product details before purchasing. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up.
If We Ask You To Return Something
When a physical return is required (rare), we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), instructions, and a return shipping label if applicable. Return address will be provided upon need.
Unapproved returns, COD packages, or returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
Exchange Policy
Because items are made to order, we don’t process direct exchanges. If we approve a remake for a defect, we’ll handle that for you. For size or style changes that are not defect-related, please place a new order.
European Union Customers
Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (which includes our made-to-order apparel). If your item is defective or incorrect, please follow the Defects & Order Issues process above.
Refunds (When Applicable)
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect any authorized return or complete our defect review and let you know if a refund, store credit, or remake is approved. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
