Shipping Policy
All of our apparel items are made to order using our production partner, Apliiq. Once your order is placed, production begins — this is what sets us apart.
Production Time

Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your item ships. Because each piece is custom-made, certain factors (e.g., heavy customization, woven labels, embroidery, or rare blank garment sizes) may extend production time slightly.
Shipping Time

Once your item ships, typical delivery times are:


U.S. Domestic: 1-5 business days


International Orders: 7-21 business days (or longer in some cases, due to customs or shipping carrier delays)


You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.
Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight/quantity of items, and shipping service selected.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may ship together or separately depending on production timing to get you what you purchased fastest.
Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships — enabling you to follow delivery. Apliiq Help
Lost or Delayed Packages

While we’ll work with Apliiq and the carrier to assist you, we cannot guarantee transit times. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if a prolonged delay occurs, contact us at simplybold365@gmail.com and we’ll investigate.
Address Changes

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change before production starts, contact us immediately. Once production begins, address changes may not be possible.
